Faith Formation Kickoff - September 26

It’s a NEW year of Faith Formation and we invite you to join us and Climb Theatre at our Kickoff Event! All are welcome to join us for our Faith Formation Kickoff Event “Together We Can Change Lives” Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 6:30—7:30 pm. We will start the night in the Worship Space for an evening with CLIMB Theatre which creates and performs plays, classes, and other creative works that inspire and propel people–especially young people–toward actions that benefit themselves, each other, and the community. Refreshments to follow in the Gathering Space along with a Door Prize drawing. We are looking forward to the smiling faces of all our families signed up for this year’s Faith Formation program. This event is open to any families in the parish and our Lino Lakes community. We hope to see all of our families there!

Anointing Mass - Saturday, October 6 at 10:00 am

Join us for the biannual celebration of the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick followed by refreshments. You are encouraged to attend this communal celebration and please bring family and friends with you. The entire community is welcome to pray with those who are experiencing physical, emotional, or spiritual illness. Perhaps you, a loved one, or someone you care for would benefit from the healing presence of Christ and the Holy Spirit in the prayer of faith, laying on of hands and anointing with oil. Please call the parish office if you have any questions at 651-784-3015.

Adult Enrichment Study

Join us October 9 to November 27 from either 9:00 am to 10:30 am or 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm for our fall faith formation series Presence and explore the mysteries of the Catholic Church’s believe in the Eucharist. What is it that is so special about the Eucharist? Although the Eucharist appears to be simple bread and wine, it is actually the “source and summit” of the Christian life. Presence: The Mystery of the Eucharist explores the truth and beauty of Christ’s real presence in the Eucharist, from its origins in Sacred Scripture, to its profound role in the life of the Church and her members. It is the crescendo of the entire story of salvation. Contact Ryan Rehkamp with any questions at 651-784-3015 ext. 104.

Wine Tasting Event - Tuesday, October 12 from 6:30 pm -8:30 pm

Join us in the Great Hall as Jason Kelsan and Twin Cities Wine Education will showcase 6 wines that are all liturgically appropriate, share some stories about the vineyards and explain what you should be looking for in each wine. Jason is a wine expert without the bad attitude, he enjoys helping people find wines they enjoy to drink at the best prices. Appetizers and a coupon to buy the wines you tried will be provided at the event. The cost is 25 dollars per person and can be purchased either after Mass or at the parish office. Call Ryan with any questions 651.784.3015 ext 104.
